Adrian Arthur Studios
Terms & Agreement

01. Adrian Arthur Studios provides watermarked, digital proofs, on all work requested by clients.

02. After the client receives the initial proof Adrian Arthur Studios requires a 50% deposit of the project cost/quote to continue work on most orders. This continued work consist of but is not limited to corrections, revisions and completions.

03. Adrian Arthur Studios reserves the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.

04. Proofing projects for errors, misspellings, design accuracy is solely the responsiblity of the client. Once a project has been released to press Adrian Arthur Studios will not accept any responsiblity for inaccuracies.

05. Adrian Arthur Studios has the right to reassess and modify pricing/quote of a project in the event there is no communication regarding the project in the excess of what we determine to be a reasonable amount of time with regard to each project.

06. All revisions must be emailed and or faxed to Adrian Arthur Studios at adrianmedia@hotmail.com for record keeping purposes.

07. Although we make every possible effort to turn projects around in the estimated times offered, your project may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances. Adrian Arthur Studios will not credit customers if a project runs past the estimated turnaround time.

08.Time spent on projects after the approval of an intial proof is billable time at the rate of up to $30 per hour.

09. Full payment is required on all projects before being released to client, to printers, to hosting etc. unless other arrangements or agreements have been authorized.

10. All refunds will be in the form of inhouse credit.
